The charity event in favour of Anlaids.

On June 8-12 the famous Convivio Milano event will be back. Convivio is the most important Charity Sales Exhibition organised in Italy in favour of Anlaids Lombardia, the national association committed in the struggle against Aids.

The event, born in 1992 from a Gianni Versace’s idea for the purpose of collecting funds for research against Aids, is supported by many designer labels in fashion and beauty that donate their products in favour of research. Products that during the five-day exhibition can be bought at subsidized prices. The absolute novelty with Convivio 13th edition is the debut of the new “design department”, curated by interior designer Andrea Castrignano in collaboration with AD Editor-in-Chief Ettore Mocchetti, and dedicated to contemporary furnishing. In fact this edition will feature the presence of renowned design brands that together with the most famous fashion, cosmetics and art brands will be donating design objects from their collections to support Anlaids research.

MDF Italia, that has always been sensitive and focused on social issues, joined this initiative by donating  some elements of its Random sculpture bookcase (design Neuland Industriedesign), the icon product and best seller of the collection since 2005, as well as a series of K table modular coffee tables by Victor Vasilev on sale at half price. MDF presence at the event confirms its traditional social commitment.
