Milan hosts the first edition of Array stories, a series of events dedicated to MDF Italia and its latest product novelties, with a spotlight on Array, the modular sofa system designed by Snøhetta. This journey will continue with international stops, including dedicated appointments and events.
At the heart of Milan, Spotti has long been a key destination for cutting-edge design. A long-standing partner of MDF Italia, it shares an aesthetic vision rooted in research and refinement.
A dialogue based on common values, as Claudio Spotti recounts: "We believe in a design capable of combining essentiality and research, where matter and form interact in perfect balance."
The installation, curated by David Lopez Quincoces and Francesco Meda, interprets the brand’s identity with balance and coherence, preserving its signature simplicity and lightness. Neutral tones and a palette inspired by nature define the atmosphere, creating a harmonious dialogue with the forms and materials of the furniture. Three Array compositions showcase the system’s modularity and versatility, designed to adapt to different settings and meet a wide range of design needs.
The installation also features the latest additions to the collection: the Bonnet tables by Marialaura Irvine, Press chairs by Benjamin Hubert, Cantle by Marco Lavit, and Peggy armchairs by Gio Tirotto. Completing the exhibition are some of MDF Italia’s most iconic pieces.
An experience that, starting from Milan, will take Array on its journey to international audiences, enriched by moments of exchange with the company and Snøhetta. The installation will be open to visitors until the 30th of March.
