In perfect harmony with the MDF Italia philosophy, and in continuity with the architectural imprint of the Israeli studio Pitsou Kedem, Francesco Meda and David Lopez Quincoces have curated the new set-up of the Mariano Comense showroom.
Thirty years after its foundation, the brand continues to evolve and adapt to new living landscapes, always remaining faithful to the principles that have always distinguished it: lightness, challenge, wonder.
The layout evokes a refined and timeless imagery, with colours and surfaces inspired by nature that enhance the product in its simplicity and materiality. The continuity of the creative project is given by the choice of products that affirm the company’s values: the icons of the collection - Tense, Random, Flow, Minima - are joined by the brand’s latest proposals, such as the Universal collection by Jean Marie Massaud, the Offset table by the Meda-Quincoces duo, Cosy Island and Curve by Francesco Rota.
The styling of the space, by Cameranesi Pompili, is instead a set of abstract decorative objects in dialogue with the surrounding space.The final result is a calm and neutral environment that welcomes visitors and guides them to discover fluid spaces that tell the different furnishing proposals.

Founded in 2000 in Tel Aviv, Pitsou Kedem Architects is responsible for the design and planning of numerous projects around the world, characterised by a contrast between simple and clean external volumes, and complex and rich internal sections. The studio’s design language is based on the modernist style.
Since 2020, Pitsou Kedem Architects has been following the company’s architectural projects, from showrooms to trade fairs.

Francesco Meda is a Milanese designer. After working in the studios of Sebastian Bergne and Ross Lovegrove in London, he returned to Milan in 2008, where he collaborated with his father, Alberto Meda, on significant projects for furniture firms. At the same time, he developed personal projects in art and design, collaborating with various galleries and international companies. His projects have received prestigious awards, including the Compasso d’Oro.

After a Master’s degree in Interior Design at Politecnico di Milano, he began collaborating with Piero Lissoni's studio, working on various interior design and architecture projects. In 2007, he founded his own studio, Quincoces-Dragò & Partners, with offices in Madrid and Milan.
David Lopez Quincoces was born in Madrid in 1980, where he graduated in Art from the Complutense University. Cameranesi Pompili is a studio founded by Valentina Cameranesi Sgroi and Enrico Pompili, respectively a creative director and a set designer. Since 2013, they have been creating installations, shootings, videos, and research projects for magazines and companies, primarily in Italy and France. Their work combines contemporary and innovative elements with a strong memory of tradition. Through their projects, they aim to build a unique language that unites aesthetics and narrative.
