Minima office is a modular, versatile system designed to organise professional environments such as offices, meeting rooms and operational areas. Defined by an aluminium structure and shelves, the system offers exceptional horizontal extension, while the 42 cm shelf height is designed to ensure maximum flexibility, allowing items of different sizes to be stored in a practical and orderly way. Storage units, available with flap doors, drawers or open compartments, can be freely inserted and repositioned within the structure, offering extensive customisation options and enabling the creation of functional compositions tailored to specific operational needs. For enhanced security, storage units with flap doors and drawers can be fitted with a lock, making the system suitable also for shared professional environments.
Uprights and shelves
Frames and shelves made of extruded aluminium matt painted and assembled using a concealed joining system. Aluminium frame with a 1.5x1.5 cm section and shelf thickness of 1.5 cm. End frames are equipped with an extruded aluminium pressure cap.

L30 D33 H42 cm, freely resting on the structure.
8 mm thick medium-density wood fibreboard, available in a matt micro-goffered lacquered or wood veneer finish.

L60/90 D33 H42 cm, freely resting on the structure.
Medium-density wood fibreboard with variable thickness, available in a matt micro-textured lacquered or wood veneer finish.
- Flap door: door equipped with downward compass opening, with retractable mechanism with a stainless-steel cable, shock-absorbing system, adjustable in intensity and strength in the closing and opening phases.
- Drawers: double drawer equipped with push-pull opening system, with totally extractable guides.
Notes
- To use this system (H137 / H181 / H225) as a room divider for work environments, it is mandatory to join two structures together so as to obtain a ground depth of 66 cm to ensure a proper stability to the system. The screws for the joining are included in the installation kit.
- We always recommend wall mounting of Minima in heights 225 / 181 cm and for compositions with height 137 cm if equipped with drawer containers. The wall end frames are provided with holes for the wall fixing.
- For center-stand compositions, with heights of 49,5 / 93 / 137 cm, equipped with drawer containers, simultaneous opening of all drawers is not recommended, as it could cause the overturn of the structure.

Robin Rizzini is an Italian-British designer. After graduating from the Polytechnic School of Design, he began collaborating with international design studios and companies. In 2013, he founded the company Metrica with Lucio Quinzio, which is recognized both in Italy and abroad for its approach to design and project management in the furniture and design sector.
