“Abitare la città - A journey through food and design"
A project and the exhibition entitled "Living in the city - A journey through food and design" will open on Thursday 24 September at 20:00, at Villa Sormani in Mariano Comense.
Designed by the architect Alessia Galimberti, “Living in the City - a journey through food and design" is an ambitious project which combines multiple sectors to present Brianteo and its riches. The project emphasises the importance and value of Design to redevelop Collective Urban Spaces using a dialogue between urban planning, design, food, productive, cultural and commercial activities.

Promoted by the Mariano Comense Municipality, the project has the involvement of well-known companies behind the history of Made in Italy Design. Among these is MDF Italia.

This year, the rooms of the historic Via Montebello Villa are a live-in showroom for iconic Italian designs and more recent collections.
MDF Italia, which is an expression of Italian excellence for the region, was invited to show though its products, the values that made Brianza famous worldwide.
