Compact, soft, and welcoming, Mia is a collection consisting of armchairs, sofas, and poufs featuring a thick profile with matching or contrasting upholstery. Designed by Francesco Bettoni, Mia grew out of the simple gesture of folding a cushion and creating a haven for moments of relaxation.

3-seater sofa - XXL with asymmetrical profile.

A thick aesthetic profile emphasises the sinuosity of Mia, tracing its edges and intersections. Co-ordinated or contrasting with the upholstery, the fabric wraps the entire product in a tailored package that enhances its shape and softness.

Francesco Bettoni

Over the years, Francesco Bettoni has collaborated with some of the most renowned design firms and magazines. For MDF Italia, he played the role of image and communication consultant from the second half of the 90s until 2017, in addition to designing the Mia armchair, characterised by soft shapes and a strong personality. The prestigious awards, among which the ICFF Award and inclusion in the ADI Design Index, have added significant value to his career.
